Totally disagree. Whilst outsourcing our project to Poland saved us money, the particular firm we dealt with had project managers that spoke poor broken english and didnt know how to calmly speak-everything is shouted down the phone. And, they are not mad (?). But the worst part was the connectivity for the streaming services we paid for - kept dropping off during our product launch and they have now admitted it had to do with their cloud infrastructure and office connectivity. Spend less at your peril, this article should mention infrastructure reliability
